I have a chest cold, which means that with my productive cough, working out is contraindicated. (I originally was working out through it, but just happened to read up today that I shouldn't have been doing that, and it could cause me to prolong the infection). JUST when I was starting to enjoy working out, I am out! How can I keep my momentum up, and my weight loss on track when I have to sit on the sidelines until it clears :(

eat food. not too much. mostly plants.
Goal 1: 160lbs by May 15 (breast reduction day!)
Goal 2: 150 by July 1 (summer!!)
Goal 3: 135-140 by December 1 (ultimate goal weight)
