It has been several years since my last yoga class, and would like to get back into it. Unfortunately I am cashed strapped (the joys of being a student, again!), and classes are a bit expensive (though I learn best face-to-face!). I am looking at getting a DVD, but am having trouble wading through the endless possibilities. My main objectives are increased flexibility and strengthening, plus a little de-stressing. I have looked at Jillian Michaels Yoga Meltdown, but based on the reviews, seems a little advanced for my needs. Does anyone have any experience with Wai Lana's beginner workout? I need a video that will go slowly enough for me to learn/re-learn the poses.
