I have a few odd questions.
I keep hearing in videos on sparkpeople to engage your abs.Or engage your core.And when I try to follow what people have explained on the forums I get kind of confused.
I keep hearing "Bring your belly button.Into your back by drawing your belly button backwards.While keeping your back straight."
Here's the question I have.
If I was to follow the instructions.And feel a bulge every time am I suppose to lift the bulge.Or is the bulge my core.
I know it sounds weird but I was wanting to do it rite.Because every time I pull in my belly button to my back.The bulge tightens like its probable made to and I am not to keen with exercising.That's why I am asking.
I also have another odd question.I had purchased a fitness ball a few years ago and had lost the plug and pump while moving and had the store send me a second one.But recently my sisters boyfriend had lowered my fitness ball and lost the pin as well as lost my pump.Where can I go to replace the pin and pump without having to buy a new ball.
I also have a question about a good but low price step counter.Maybe a watch version with heart rate or a few things on it.I would like to know where to get one and the prices and name brand.
