I try to do Jillian's new kickboxing dvd every day. So far it's the best one I've found because it makes the time go by fast and you really work every muscle.

I did a few of Bob Harpers, and it was pretty cool because he had some thicker people in a few, I respected that. I also LOOOVE Turbo Jam/Fire. Chalene is AMAZING!

I do a mix of Jillian michaels DVD's and some of Bob Harpers as well. Love them both. Just ordered TapoutXT to try next.
