I love Yoga. A good video to start with is Leslie Sansone "You Can Do Yoga". Pretty basic and to kick it up a notch "The Firm Yoga" (power Yoga). I switch from one to another, depending on how I feel. I find that Yoga has helped me with my other exercise routines; I am more limber and flexible. I am going to be 57 soon so staying flexible is important to me.
I encourage you to incorporate Yoga into your routine, you won't regret it!
