"lose weight fast" is ambigious. How much do you want to lose? How is your diet like? Honestly, MOST of your weight loss is going to come from proper diet. You can workout all you want, but if you eat like crap, you won't lose weight.
First, make sure you are medically cleared for exercise. Look up the PAR-Q to find out if you need to be cleared.
Second, a good place to START is cardio 3x a week for 30 mins at least and (total body) strength training 2x a week for 30 mins. Bump it up- either in intensity, duration, or amt of workouts a week, when it starts getting to be less of a workout.
