I love to cool down and wind down with yoga at night before bed, and used to have an amazing dvd but I can't remember the name so I am in search of a new one... do any of you have a favorite yoga dvd for stretch and relaxation, or a very beginner yoga that includes a big cool down?
eat food. not too much. mostly plants.
Goal 1: 160lbs by May 15 (breast reduction day!)
Goal 2: 150 by July 1 (summer!!)
Goal 3: 135-140 by December 1 (ultimate goal weight)
