I'm pretty sure that when I log in my fitness minutes, the number is inflated.
With that being said, if I start a workout plan on Sunday, by Tuesday, the number of calories I am burning will be too high and I will have a little red paragraph at the bottom of my fitness page warning that my caloric burn will make my goals harder to reach. Because it seems like I am burning a whooole lot because I weigh 248. I am highly energetic, I love to jog, and my workout plan is currently Jillian Michaels Banish Fat... 3 days a week, and 20-30 minute workouts the other two days. I am also strength training. AM I actually doing something wrong? Keep in mind that I am 23, and I probably burn more calories anyways.
