While you are burning more calories than you would sitting, SparkPeople does not recommend tracking any activities outside formal workouts because we factor in an active daily living multiplier which takes these types of activities into account when we generate your calorie range. Consider this a nice bonus, but I would not recommend that you track this in your fitness tracker.
