HI Grace,

While you are burning more calories than you would sitting, SparkPeople does not recommend tracking any activities outside formal workouts because we factor in an active daily living multiplier which takes these types of activities into account when we generate your calorie range. Consider this a nice bonus, but I would not recommend that you track this in your fitness tracker.

sorry I walked 3 hours & 20 mins I walked an 1 hour in a 1/2 in sam's club then 1 hour 35 mins in walmart & 15 min in food lion does this even count

Hi Grace,

Do you know how far you walked in the 3 1/2 hour time frame? The reason this is important is this will help determine your pace per mile so that you can determine the intensity of your walk which is one factor that is factored in when determining calories expended.

how do I long in 3 in a 1/2 hours of walking it asks for how many calories I burned & how fast I walked etc. anything would be help full emoticon
