There should be a button at the bottom of the video that allows you to track it in your fitness tracker, and that should tell you. How much you burn depends on your individual size, intensity, etc.

That would be like counting how long it takes to go up the one flight of stairs at work, multiplying by how many times a day you do that, and entering that as so many minutes "stair climbing".

No, you can't do that.

Cardio is about sustained elevated Heart Rate. If you do 10 jumps now, 10 later, etc, you are not sustaining that elevated HR. It's barely even getting a chance to elevate at all.

Countable cardio work should be stuff that lasts for at least 10 minutes continuously. By all means add up your 10 minute workouts together, but don't add 30 seconds here, 2 mins there, etc. You would be cheating yourself.

I'd count the time you do. So, if you make it to 5 minutes then stop, then maybe do two more, I'd put 7.

If you don't do the straight 10 minutes of jumping rope, can you count how many reps
you do to add up to the time?
