That would be like counting how long it takes to go up the one flight of stairs at work, multiplying by how many times a day you do that, and entering that as so many minutes "stair climbing".
No, you can't do that.
Cardio is about sustained elevated Heart Rate. If you do 10 jumps now, 10 later, etc, you are not sustaining that elevated HR. It's barely even getting a chance to elevate at all.
Countable cardio work should be stuff that lasts for at least 10 minutes continuously. By all means add up your 10 minute workouts together, but don't add 30 seconds here, 2 mins there, etc. You would be cheating yourself.
