I'm joined a martial arts/kickboxing gym and it is so different from any other gym I've ever been to. First off, they are serious about kicking butt in fitness. I started kickboxing classes because I need a "kick-in-the-pants" and boy do they deliver!
My only concern is that it will be difficult for me to learn in a class setting as they all seem to be much further along than I am. I was wondering if anyone had suggestions on how to help me learn more on my own, even though I do not have the same equipment. Thanks!
