There is actually a 30 Day Shred team which I belong to. It was suggested by someone on the team to log it under circuit training. You may want to look up the team and join us!

I've been working out doing Jillian Micahel's DVDs, I do the 30 day Shred and the Yoga Meltdown for the next four weeks then switch to my others. I noticed I have no way of accurately putting in there all the exercises that I have to do for the 30 Day Shred that is a non-stop 20 minute workout mix of Strength-Abs-Cardio. Any suggestions or tips? I'm still new to this and navigating.
