Are you keeping your HR up the whole time? Do you do it regularly? I likely wouldn't track it, it comes awfully close to double dipping. Your body will adapt and become used to it if you do it every day. You might eat higher on your calorie range those days if you feel the need, but I don't think I'd count the calories as exercise calories, personally.
