So forget about exercise.
Never do anything you hate. You won't stick with it.
Set your exercise goal up for 0 calories burned per week. It's absolutely possible to start on your journey without working out!
But see if you can start with something like a daily 10 minute walk after dinner or first thing in the morning. Once you get into a habit, you tend to want to expand it, and you can build your exercise up as it becomes less revolting to do so.
