You could put together some simple circuits and time each other, one working while the other rests, or do them at the same time. While my husband has a different weight routine, and, obviously, lifts heavier, bI love lifting with him when I'm able to go to the gym. Perhaps you could put together a simple, full body routine you could work together. Squats, deadlifts, overhead press, bentover rows and bench is a good starter grouping.
I also very much enjoyed the beFit in 90 program on the YouTube channel BeFit. Walks as are great, as previously suggested.
