HIIT training is widely seen as good training, so it seems to me, but that website seems to advocate daily HIIT. My understanding was the one shouldn't do (true) HIIT more than 2-3 times a week. Maybe they hit different body parts so it's ok, I'm not sure, but I thought because of the maximum exertion, that rest days were definitely a must. At least rest from HIIT, other things could be done on other days.

Anybody ever tried this website? It looks pretty simple to follow (not saying that the workouts would be easy...). I'm thinking about giving it a try after I finish The 30 Day Shred. Thoughts??
