I really do love my pedometer -- it tracks my steps for past 7 days so I can really get an idea of where I am. I keep hearing the challenge is 10,000 steps a day. My personal goal - since I am just starting out has been 2,000 a day. I have met that all 5 days of this year. I want to increase that goal a little at a time. I hit just over 2,000 two of the five days - 4,000 one day and just over 5,000 another day.
Even though I can't seem to get motivated to get on the treadmill.....I am encouraged that I am making progress that I can actually see.
