I like an eclectic mix, typically songs that seem "appropriate" like Iron Man when I'm weight lifting :P I always end cardio with the song "I promised myself" by basshunter. It's only a few minutes long (a bit shorter than average), but it's a good reminder of the promise I made not to slack off at all, giving me that motivation or the last couple mins
