I've reacquainted myself with the recumbent bike in the corner of my living room (took the boxes of photos and laundry off it, dusted it off and had my bottom say "hello!" to the seat) and was wondering what types of programs people like for the rb. My bike isn't very sophisticated or tech-complicated, so if you have a favorite routine, I'd like to hear about it and try to encorporate it into my regimen.
