It depends on your goals.
You're asking the wrong question.
Think not "how much should I burn". Instead, think "given that I burn xxx, how much should I eat". That is the right question.
It is recommended for healthy adults on average to get 30 minutes of daily activity. So aim for 30-60 (you're trying to lose weight, so a little more can help) daily. Track that. Whatever that burns, that's how much you personally should burn per week. Then set a realistic per week weight loss goal and the site will tell you how much to eat.
