So I am looking for some spring break worthy work outs I can start to use? I've been googling and searching on Pinterest for specific daily work out routines I can follow! (I already have a meal plan thanks to Sparkpeople!) But so far they are all pretty generic I.E. Monday strength, Tuesday: Cardio...etc. I am looking for more specific things like
10 minute warm up on bike
X reps for pull up
X reps for push ups
Something like that so that I know exactly what I am doing everyday and know that the work outs I am doing will help me get ready for spring break! Any ideas for routines, sparkpages, or websites I should look into?
