i do zumba 3xweek
no strength training for last 8 weeks (starting new TRX suspension program monday)
i measure first of every month so last measurements are from dec 1st (i was at 134lbs)
(i was down to 132 on dec 21st) and am now at 138lbs
my nutrition is reasonably consistent
io have set my goal weight at 130, although to be honest that is kind of a random number.
i am more interested in reducing body fat and increasing strength than in "losing weight" at this point.
i just found it odd that my weight is up so much (usually my flucuations are within a pound or two) with nothing to "show" for it!
where are those 6 lbs hiding?!!!!
