I just bought the new DVD from Paul Katami, 'Ultimate Kettlebell Workouts for Beginners." I really like the one routine, but not wild about the other because of the number of crunches (hurts my back and neck).
I will use the one routine on the DVD regularly ... and will modify the crunches in the 2nd routine and use it only ocassionally.
But I did like the Paul Katami's instruction and basic approach and will look into buying more of his DVD's.
