The best thing you can do is eat a healthy, nutrient-filled breakfast. Fruits and veggies are great. If you're not big on eating, a big glass of orange juice or a protein shake can give you t he quick energy boost you're looking for.
Avoid supplements and pills; they're usually not worth the potential side effects, and often don't do anything!
