Coach Nancy, thank you for posting your response. I had a similar question and it's been answered emoticon

I may not be there yet but I'm closer than I was yesterday.

I got tired of starting over and working back to where I was, so I have stopped giving up!

After considering the type of stretching I was performing, I realized the stretches were in themselves Yoga stances. So, I grouped the Yoga and stretches into one exercise, listed under Yoga, found Yoga under cardio and once again all is well. Thank you for your help.

Hi Tonya,

Since it doesn't qualify as cardio, SparkPeople does not recommend you track it in your cardio tracker, however, you can track it in your Fitness Quick Tracker which will still allow you to get credit towards your overall fitness minutes goals.

I hope this helps!

Coach Nancy

I've noticed stretching has fit naturally into my daily routine recently. About a week ago I jumped back into developing the positive habit of exercise and decided to begin with yoga. This has developed into 10 min of yoga and then 10 min of total body stretches. Interesting thing is, I cannot find where to track minutes for stretching on the fitness tracker. Any suggestions? Thanks for helping to the best of your ability.
