I like the DailyHiit (formerly bodyrock.tv) videos, because there's always a lesson video that breaks down the workout for you and teaches you how to do the moves. Plus, they usually give modifications for no equipment and beginners.
Everything I do is in moderation. No extreme diets here; I go to the gym 3 times a week when my schedule allows it; and I just try to make the best choices I can, regardless of what life throws my way.

I am doing lots of cardio exercises each day. I definitely need to increase my strength training but don't want to buy a gym membership.
