I recently purchased a 15 class for Bikram Yoga where I live, mostly because it was cheaper than buying two classes and I've always been interested so I figured in case I like it it would be good to have the 15. But, I don't know anyone who has done Bikram Yoga before.
So I thought I'd ask all of you!
I know every Bikram Yoga experience will be different, depending on studio, teacher, etc. But I'd be interested in hearing some people's experiences with it, particularly for the first class (and any advice), if you'd be willing to share.
