i have a upright bike which has been abused as i was using it when i was 32.7st !! now tho I'm within weight limit its decided to develop an annoying noise and trying for even 5 mins is bad let alone 2 hours! Being 24st im pretty much limited which what i can get as i haven't seen one for a 24st under £400 so i been looking at the spin bikes as i see a couple for £150-200 that are very near my weight and have heavier flywheels. i know the style is different anything i should be a ware of before i buy one? i will wait to the sales now so any advice is much appreciated
Summer produce is overflowing--and cheap! Whether you grow it or buy it, it's easy to preserve your food so that you can save money and eat better long after the harvest is over.
