DO NOT EXERCISE WHEN SICK... your body needs all the energy avaiable to get well, and exercise is draining when one is sick. I have taken off 4 days while I had the flu. Just WAY too sick to even CARE about my steps , calories etc. But I know I will be up to something tomorrow!
