I would definately invest in some workout DVDs I really enjoy the ones that Jillian Michaels puts out. They are great workouts and depending on which ones you buy they are only 30 minutes long.

I take it you're going back to India for the winter months ? If so, does your home town have a gym of some kind ? If you live in a major city, there must be some gym facilities you could join. Have you ever considered yoga ? Find out where you can take a yoga class. Yoga is a great way to stay active and healthy.
If there are no gyms or yoga studios, buy some workout DVDs. One thing I've noticed here is that Bollywood style workouts are popular. So, why not try a Bollywood style workout DVD ? there must be workout DVDs you can purchase or borrow in India.
Even if you can't log on to Spark People to use Coach Nicole's online workouts, go to YOUTUBE. there are thousands of different workouts posted on youtube. Just search on whatever type of workout you want to do. There are lots of free workouts posted all over the internet.
These are a few possible options for exercise when you're back in India.

I do not like to go out in very cold weather. I do exercise at home only and keep the heating on most of the times. I like to spend the winter in a hot country like India my native country. When I was in India, daily exercise is not possible and keeping in touch with spark people is difficult. Has anybody got any suggestions to keep up with the regular habits of exercise and dieting?
