Two weeks ago I broke three ribs on the left side.
Last week I started cardio by walking for 10 minutes or doing an easy 10 minute aerobic routine (no bouncing). I'd like to start strength training again, but don't know what to do. Before my accident I was doing pushups, crunches, tricep dips, bicep curls, squats, bridge ups, step ups, hip flexor, etc. What would you recommend now?
I've been told that it will take another 4 weeks to heal and I don't want to wait that long to get back into shape.
