You're probably doing too much, since you're new to exercising.

How'd your diet? What is your recommended calorie range and how many calories do you typically consume?

Okay here is the thing. Week one exercise was outdoor walking 3km a couple of times /week, tread mill with increasing incline moderate walking pace a couple of times per week for about 25 mins and a hour of easy flow yoga once/ week. Well this week it was all I could do to force myself to do one session on the treadmill and my yoga class, not because I didnt want to but because it was soooooo hard. I do not think I over did things, I have a very physical job and I got my heartrate up and was sweating but I did not have any muscle aches or pains. I just find myself so fatigued! I intend to walk on the treadmill today as well for the 25 minute work out I do. What can I do to get past the feeling of extreme fatigue and enjoy this again. Oh and I do drink lots of water
