There's no way to get calories burned based on seconds, only minutes. So if you hold your plank for a minute, you can search for plank, type "1" in the minute box and you'll get an estimate of calories burned.

I tend to do more isometric core exercises, i.e. hold a plank for 60 secs, or a side plank/crunch for 30 secs. - does anyone know how to convert this into reps to be able to input calories burned?

Or maybe there is a guide to get the calories directly based on seconds for isometric exercises?
