My red face was really bad when I was at my highest weight, but I have noticed that it isn't as bad anymore. So, it could get better. Or you could just be a really red faced exerciser!

This happens to me too. I used to be embarrassed by it, but I can't control it. People always ask me if I am okay, and I am! The only time that I don't get really red is if it is really cold out it seems.

Me too! Team Tomato Face! I flaunt my red face and sweatiness with pride. It's a sign of a vigorous workout.

Hi, This is not unusual. Some people experience this type of response to exercise more so than others. As you begin to exercise your blood vessels dilate to help with the cooling off process. Some people find that rinsing their face with a cool towel helps alleviate the redness sooner. Coach Nancy
