I'm also including an interesting link to a Washington DC newspaper story in which Denise reportedly giggled when questioned about how some of her exercise shows are like porno to some guys on YouTube and said, “Now I’m worried.” She also said that she was totally unaware of it (yeah right!).
I include a 20 minute Denise Austin video in my cardio routine but I'm not exactly sure what a similar workout in my Spark's fitness tracker would be. She says it's interval training in the beginning of the video and has 30 sec intervals of, what I think is, high intensity moves and recovery phases. I'm not sure if a similar video would be Coach Nicole's 8-minute atheletic interval training?
Here's the video for reference: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=52uvwCi03yE
"Toning" is marketing muscles to women who are afraid if they pick up a barbell, they'll leave the gym looking like She-Hulk. It doesn't happen, what does happen is you get results. Lifting Barbie weights does nothing but waste time.
