I'm also including an interesting link to a Washington DC newspaper story in which Denise reportedly giggled when questioned about how some of her exercise shows are like porno to some guys on YouTube and said, Now Im worried. She also said that she was totally unaware of it (yeah right!).

I usually enter my Denise Austin workouts as 10 mins of Interval training and 10 mins of Calisthenics.

I used to run into the same problem when I would do Jillian Michaels DVDs. I solved that problem by getting a heart rate monitor and manually entering everything myself. You should consider it! :)

I include a 20 minute Denise Austin video in my cardio routine but I'm not exactly sure what a similar workout in my Spark's fitness tracker would be. She says it's interval training in the beginning of the video and has 30 sec intervals of, what I think is, high intensity moves and recovery phases. I'm not sure if a similar video would be Coach Nicole's 8-minute atheletic interval training?
