Deb, I don't think she means mileage like the step counter, I think she just means getting it contend to her minutes. You can enter crunches under strength training like bench or squats, etc.

OP, I agree with Unident. If you're doing 100 with no stopping, that's one set of 100. My question is why are you doing 100 crunches?

To the last poster, you would enter 0 for the weight.

I am 5'4".

late question to the board here but I have a question about entering my crunches. It wants me to enter a weight, but I am not using weights? How do I enter just crunches.

I just started and I am a bit confused.

If you count 20 crunches and then pause, that is 1 set of 20 reps.

If you do your 100 full out straight on without pausing and the counting to 20 is only so you can count how many, that is 1 set of 100 reps.

There's a crunches tracker that contributes to exercise mileage? I don't want to discourage you but ... I ... I just can't ... I don't even know where to start with what's wrong with that! Just another reflection of Spark abandoning actual health and fitness good sense to cater to the majority clamour for some function that is not as useful as they've been led to believe.

Hi,

If you do 10 crunches 5 times...the resps is 10, the sets 5.

Does that help?

I just wanted to confirm if I"m doing the Crunches tracker right.
If someone can lend a helping message I'd be greatly appreciative.

It says
Sets
Reps
Weight
Minutes

For Sets I say 5 - is this right?
I basically do 100 crunches and count to 20 for each Rep (is that right?)
Not sure & I want to make sure It's getting credited to my exercise mileage correctly!

Thanks emoticon
