Yes, at least 6 out of 7 days unless I'm sick or injured. I walk briskly to and from work, so that's a minimum of 30 minutes, usually six days a week. On top of that activity, I usually do moderate to intense cardio 2 out of 3 days (usually ranging from 25 minutes to 60 minutes, a full strength training session at least twice per week, and core strength work almost every day.
Because I'm training for some endurance races, I do try to take at least one full day off from exercise per week, and so sometimes I do nothing on that 7th day - although often I'll incorporate some easy walking and core strength work.
