For me it's Turbo Jam and Irish dancing. I go to dance classes twice a week, unless I can't make it for some reason. It's really, really, really good cardio - not very gentle on the joints or legs though, because of all the jumps, or I would do it more often.

I really enjoy Billy Blanks DVD workouts, the Zumba for my Wii, and also on my cable on on demand, I can find quick easy workouts all to fit my mood of excercise :)

I go walking when the weather is nice, but hoop dance is my go-to workout. I can do the Hoopnotica 10 minute workout in a small space indoors or out.

This month I must say it's Zumba, however I walk, jog, workout at the gym, and at home. I like the variety so, I don't get bored. Got to keep it fresh.

Progress may be slow, but it happens!

Walk/jog intervals are easiest for me to work into my schedule, but swimming is my favorite. Yard work is another way I get a lot of activity in; today I'll be raking leaves and cleaning gutters.

Running is my go to exercise. You can do it anywhere and it requires no equipment, my problem is fitting in strength training, I have no problem running 15 -20 miles a week I just have to make time for other things!

I have my own little studio set up out back with various equipment so it varies, but overall my "go-to" exercise would be spinning. I was a spin instructor for years and no matter how I am feeling when I get on the bike and crank up some great tunes I get motivated, it is also great to do when I am a little sore because I can spin on a low resistance and work out the pain in my legs!
Other than that I love my punching bag, great stress relief!

I do aerobic classes mon- wed -fri. Classes vary with the instructor.. usually Zumba or some kind of cardio, mixed in with weights & stretching. I ride bike sometimes.

zumba but when not at gym i eithier zumba too zumba on youtube or belly dancing i recently started belly dancing and it works :d so good or even just put on my ipod playlist and dance too it fast music 60 mins at a time any type dance or belly dancing

I love my self head too toes ehehe I just gotta work at looking little better hehe
