I go to the pool..... Sometimes I swim crawl lengths, sometimes I do jumping jacks... sometimes I just jump up and down like on a trampoline where the water gets deep...breast stroke, treading water, cross country skier...back stroke and twists... hmmm today the pool was so cold 78 F after diving and a few lengths I treaded water then did jumping jacks...

Bokwa will be the next fitness craze. It's much faster then Zumba and no breaks in the music. It's continues from the time that the music start.

I love most solo cardio exercises. Running, walking, the elliptical. The only class I've ever loved was spin. It was such an intense workout. I need to find somewhere that has classes in my new town. :)

my gym is 5 minutes walk away, so 15 mins on treadmill with a bit of gradient for more calorie burn, 30 mins on rowing machine (less impact on joints, whole body workout) then about 20 minutes weights and a stretch, walk home. With some variation this is what I do most often

The only thing that always works for me long term is walking. 2-5 miles
