I go to the pool..... Sometimes I swim crawl lengths, sometimes I do jumping jacks... sometimes I just jump up and down like on a trampoline where the water gets deep...breast stroke, treading water, cross country skier...back stroke and twists... hmmm today the pool was so cold 78 F after diving and a few lengths I treaded water then did jumping jacks...

Bokwa will be the next fitness craze. It's much faster then Zumba and no breaks in the music. It's continues from the time that the music start.

I am 100% addicted to Barre classes. I have been doing them 4-5x/wk for going on 8 months. If I'm traveling and can't find a studio, I like to run. Sometimes I run just for something different, too.

Wii cardio dancing. I can do it at home, even when the weather is bad. I also have a treadmill and elliptical at home.

I love most solo cardio exercises. Running, walking, the elliptical. The only class I've ever loved was spin. It was such an intense workout. I need to find somewhere that has classes in my new town. :)

I guess my main go to exercise would be the bike. be it a stationary or my road bike. It's low impact and easy on my knees.

my gym is 5 minutes walk away, so 15 mins on treadmill with a bit of gradient for more calorie burn, 30 mins on rowing machine (less impact on joints, whole body workout) then about 20 minutes weights and a stretch, walk home. With some variation this is what I do most often

I try to walk/jog every day but my "Go to" workout has to be squats and lunges. They can be done anywhere and easy to fit in in a short period of time.

Walking is the one I love. However, I will sneak in some rocking toe taps and kicks while Im on duty or waiting in line somewhere. It can inspire some interesting looks and comments.
