I have several of Jillian's DVDs and am slowly adding to my collection.
Just recently I have started to use them more regularly because I got to the stage in my workouts where I was doing the same old things over and over and needed a kick start to wake my body up and give myself a new challenge.
At the moment my favourite of Jillian's is Banish Fat Boost Metabolism. If you do it properly and really concentrate on good form in all of the routines, I can guarantee at the end of it you will be totally spent - and it feels great!
I did No More Trouble Zones yesterday and today I can feel where I've worked muscles that, if I'm totally honest, have probably been somewhat neglected due to my addiction to hard core cardio!
As far as I'm concerned, you can't go wrong with Jillian Michaels. Some people are not so keen on her manner and the way she talks in her DVDs, but I'm the opposite - it gives me tremendous encouragement and motivation to work hard and really go for it!
