I prefer zWOW with the original host, Zuzana, because I think part of the charm was to watch Zuzana, the former pr0n star, working out and somehow still making it look/sound like pr0n. The new bodyrock hosts don't have the same charisma as Zuzana.

Hi, recently I have been found this site "bodyrock.tv", it has a lot of free exercise videos. they are all challenging. I love this site. I just want to introduce it here. I hope you enjoy it.
