As soon as the the holy month of Ramadan started (17 days ago), i decided its probably the break time from my routines / Workouts and eating paradigms as sugar level are very low in this month and i dnt wanna hurt myself and obviously loosing 13KGS in 4 months needs a break now.
However, with the fasts passing i have realized that i m actually loosing my weight, and its around 2.5 kgs in last 17 days. the Question here is however, i m loosing weight my belly fat is increasing. my waist went from 35 back to 36 again?????? why is that so? my eating habits or i m missing something?
i dnt only want to loose the weight on scale, i want to look smart.... Please help!
