So I did this exercise that I remember from when I was a kid. Trouble is, I always thought it was called a windmill but when I google windmill I get something different. So I'm not sure what it is called or how to enter it in my tracker. I'm hoping if I describe it one of you will know what it's called.
I start by standing with my feet spread apart and my arms straight out to my sides at shoulder height. Then, bending only at the waist (keeping my back and arms straight), I swing my right arm down to touch my left foot, then I swing back up to full height and repeat with opposite hand and foot.
So? Do you know what this is called? TIA! :)
