Hi,

If you know your starting point's address, you can use the My Fitness Map feature and plug in the time and SparkPeople will generate your calories burn for your workout. If not you may want to use the low-impact aerobic option in your My Fitness Tracker.

Starting out I walked 20 minutes but it wasn't a mile how do I add this to fitness tracker I live in the mountains and am walking inclines also
