Strength training can be cone at any age. The website www.silversneakers.com will provide information about programmes in your area.Age is not a deterrent I am 75 and still active as a personal trainer Do some research on Google and you will find several different approaches to senior fitness programmes .


It is called WORK-ing out for a reason.

I said getting fit was simple, I did not say it was easy.

Eat well to lose weight, exercise to get fit

I love the treadmill and I "try" to exercise everyday for about a half hour but I always wonder if I'm missing something I shoud do.....I also "try" to do the weights for my arms and such twice a week....Does anyone one have any suggestions and let me knowif I'm missing something......????...Thanks
