exhausted hot and sweaty and really thirsty ... but also proud that I got through it -even though at the moment it isn't exactly a big workout by most peoples standards its huge for me :-)

How do I feel after a GREAT workout? Sweaty and sometimes sore but invincible! Proud that I did something for me - but usually glad it's over. emoticon Then I think to myself - why don't I do this more often? Love that after work out feeling!

Tired. And this is how I always feel after a workout. I wonder....are all these other people lying when they say they feel great or amazing after a workout?? Are they focusing only on how they feel emotionally but not physically??

I feel good every single time I finish a workout and that's not an exaggeration. It's amazing what a little exercise will do for you in so many ways. What else can completely flip on its head how you feel emotionally, physically, etc. in an hour?

Most of the time I feel great, especially if I could finish my workout that day. Although then there's days I can't finish them, and gets me depressed. I have health issues, and I know it and shouldn't get discouraged on those days. But sometimes I can't help it. But I would say 70% of the time, I may be winded but I feel great, healthier and happier.

Healthier and happier. I feel every workout is a symbol of my new life. That said, I am sore today from my work outs yesterday. I first did cycling, then ab class, then decided to take an hour of boxing.

Today, my exercise consisted of preparing several meals for our fellowship at c hurch. As well being an Usher.
Unfortunately, after we cleaned up, I cheated and went to Taco Bell.
~But.. my faith and motivation is still strong, and I will do better from here on out.

I usually feel really good. I teach, and even if I can only fit in 10-30 minutes before work, I'm in a better mood during the day. The disruptive students on aggravate me as much, and I'm a happy instructor. The good mood continues when I come home to my family.

Tired, but physically and mentally revived. I thought I should take a day off today because my legs are sore from a long hike yesterday, but I couldn't let myself take a day off. I knew I would just feel disappointed all day that I hadn't worked out. So I did 1 1/2 miles on the treadmill and I feel so much better.

I haven't had a good workout in a week so I was expecting to feel sore and exhausted all over, yet I feel energized and I think I can do much more in future. My head is crystal clear. This happens far too often.

It depends on the day. Sometimes I feel more energized & feel like I could workout for another hour. Other times I am glad I did it, but I feel like taking a nap after!
