Yes, I did 50 minutes on the treadmill, 30 minutes circuit training, and 20 minutes stationery bike.

Progress may be slow, but it happens!
No such thing as last place only finishers.

Went the gym this morning. I did the elliptical machine for 50 minutes, jogged for 10 minutes, and did a gentle bike ride for 20 minutes.

I walked 25 minutes and biked at the fat burning zone at the gym for 60 minutes. I have blood pressure 80/50 so have to exercise at the gym in the fat burning zone. It works for me. My fat % on my scale went from 52% to 30% in one year. You burn more fat in the fat burning zone then you do in the aerobic zone. The aerobic zone is best for maintaining after you lose the fat.
