160 minutes of walking and 60 minutes at a gym class with bikes,treadmill,light weights and various stretching exercises.

Walked n my treadmill (it is -6 real remp outside here) and used my iPad to take me to YouTube to watch a bike ride as if I were on bike, thru New York including over a bridge. Made the workout fly by, incline and all.
