I have mild chronic kidney disease and low blood pressure & many blood clots in my lung for 3 years. For the past 12 months I have pneumonia, 1 collapsed lung & glass attenuation in both lungs that can be a sign of cancer as well for, this has got worse.I am 54 years old as of last January 12.

walked to thrift store run by hospital, $350,000 or more yearly is donated to the hospital,non profit, bought 7 items of clothes $11.00 with their seasonal sale today. 2 regular items, 5 designer, 1 designer jacket was new, regular items $1.00 each, designer $2.00 each.

Yes: 45 minute (2+miles) walk in my neighborhood and then went to the gym and did 30 minutes of elliptical and 30 minutes of circuit training.
