First I did Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 321 circuit workout and got a really good sweat on then I went for a 30 minute walk around the neighborhood, lastly I did some arm and ab exercises followed all with a 25 minute detox bath with grated ginger(to sweat) epsom salt2 cups, apple cider vinegar 1 cup and 1 cup of baking soda. I used powdered ginger once before but it burned too much. I definitely recommend two TBSP of the fresh grated for this bath! I'm doing good on my workouts this week...three days so far.
