NO.......got a call, when in bed, that a fire alarm rang at my building. Emergency vehicles on their way, so jumped in clothes, drove to work. Good news, no fire, bad news, missed yoga class. So....do I have time to run the 4.5 miles to community choir after work? That would work if I can get off work early enough.

back was hurting this morning...did 35 minutes of water aerobics with water weights, at LA Fitness.....18 minutes pilates dvd here at home this evening...
