I know playing piano really doesn't count. But by the time I finished "Victory in Jesus" and everything else I played during the service this morning, I felt I had quite a workout. Sundays I usually don't do any formal exercise. That is my rest day.

Yes, walk 20 minutes, stationary bike for 15 minutes. I walked to the community centre for a class I am taking on preventing diabetes, my mom had it It was mostly talk for 2 hours except 15 minutes on the bike and a little weight training with 3-4 pound weights and a few warm up exercises. Last time it was half exercise and half gym. One more class to go. Tomorrow I will go to the gym in the morning for 65 minutes before I go out for the day.
I did a combination of HIIT and abs, so I did an ab exercise, usually 12 reps, followed by 45 sec. of cardio, followed by 20 sec. rest, then re-started my program. I did 3 sets of probably about 8 different sets.
