If you look in the cardio section under other exercises, there is a listing for dance, ballet. You could log the entire 30 minute workout under that listing.

This morning I did a short exercise routine following a show on TV called "The NYC Ballet Workout" It was a 30 minute exercise program using moves and routines with the New York City Ballet group. Some of the moves are not listed in the Spark list and I have no idea how to list them. (YES I DO KNOW how to enter my own moves, I have done that) They were ballet moves but slowed down for exercise, I don't know how to word it and it was only a 30 minute workout.
I did enter using the quick track and said it was only 15 minutes.

Chef Meg moves strawberries from the dessert course to the salad course. Fresh and juicy during spring and summer months, strawberries are delicious when combined with tender spinach and crunchy toasted almonds. This dish was inspired by a member-submitted recipe. She reduced the amount of sweetener used and then increased the vegetables to ensure you'd get a full cup of fruit and vegetables.
TIP: Instead of slicing strawberries for the salad, quarter them. Quartered strawberries are easier to pick up with a fork! Full Recipe
