With any injury, it's always best to err on the side of caution and take a few days off to let your body heal. Remember healthy living is a life-long journey. Just make sure you keep tabs on your nutrition.

i have not been able to exercise because of a constant pain in the lower ab, i think i pulled a muscle. i really want to stay on track to get my weight loss going need help and suggestions to do low impact workouts
