Hi there, I was wondering if anyone out there does the 30 day challenge for EA Sports Active, and if they have achieved a higher level of fitness from it? I just started today on Low Intensity (essentially easy) and found that the running section definitely made me short of breath, but the strength training was a little weak. I am using it with the Wii Fit Balance Board for some of the exercises and am using 3lb weights instead of the resistance band (which I find terribly awkward to get right). I found that the kick boxing part was my favourite for sure.

Chef Meg's Slow Cooker Vegetable Curry
Submitted By: CHEF_MEG

Slow cookers aren't just for meat! This is a tasty, affordable one-pot vegetarian meal that's filling and perfect for your slow cooker. You can also add shrimp during the last 20 minutes of cooking. If the dish is a little too spicy for the kids, add 1 Tablespoon of plain yogurt to their serving. Serve with a glass of milk and a cucumber salad. Full Recipe
